Hip Hop
Hip Hop allows freedom of expression through easy to follow grooves and choreography. Danced to popular upbeat music, Hip Hop today has drawn influences from other dance disciplines, making it one of the most popular street dances in the world.

Jazz
Jazz remains one of the most versatile dance genres, with strong influences from Ballet, and other dance disciplines. This class offers exposure to different styles of Jazz ranging from Street Jazz, Lyrical Jazz and Broadway Jazz.
The class is divided into warm up exercises that will help in building muscle strength and improve flexibility, progression exercises focusing on jazz techniques and followed by a short dance routine.

Ladies Jazz
Ladies Jazz is a Burlesque inspired Jazz style. This class focuses on body isolation (hips, shoulders, etc) and feminine styling. Each class starts with warm up that helps improve flexibility & strength, and a dance routine that is taught progressively over the course of 6-weeks.

Latin Jazz
Think a dynamic complimentary mix of the Latin styles of dancing (salsa, rhumba, meringue; etc.). A non- partnering class that improves body isolation’s, footwork, strength, flexibility, and confidence. Although this is not a social dance it’s great technique building for thee social dancer who wants to take their dancing to the next level. We start with a proper warm up, progression, and then dance combo.

Turns Technique
Turns Technique is a class specially designed to break down various jazz turns such as chaine, pique, pirouette and others. Students will learn how to master their spotting techniques, improve their balance and develop control when turning. All exercises are broken down into easy to follow and progressing levels, open to dancers of all levels who want to build confidence in turning.
